Before the Westfriese Tafel was created through crowdfunding and a fundraising campaign, we cooked and catered at a unique location in Boezem (NH). We served the 150 guests a sharing dinner together with 2 Michelin star chef Onno Kokmeijer.

In the West Frisian Table, star chef Onno Kokmeijer van Ciel Bleu from Amsterdam and top photographer Duco de Vries bring delicious recipes to your attention. The recipes are composed mainly with West Frisian regional products.

The foundation brings these beautiful products to life, both nationally and internationally. The aim of the foundation is, in addition to promoting the West Frisian product, knowledge transfer. This is so that the unique character of Westfriesland and its inhabitants is enhanced and connections are established at a high culinary level.
